OSPAR ICG-Marine Litter meeting

From 9 to 12 June, CEDRE took part in the semi-annual meeting of the OSPAR Intersessional Correspondence Group for Marine Litter, held in Norway. The aim of this working group meeting was to review the monitoring and assessment of marine litter in the OSPAR area, in preparation for the Intermediate Assessment 2029, and the implementation of the second Regional Action Plan to tackle marine litter. During this meeting, CEDRE presented the work of the Beach Litter Expert Group which it coordinates, as well as several projects in which it is involved and which contribute to the work carried out as part of the OSPAR Convention.
