On Thursday, 22nd October 2026, CEDRE hosted the INFOPOL day, organised by SYCOPOL and four of its members: BHD Environnement, Efinor, IADYS and REP. This event brought together clients, partners and professionals to explore equipment and technologies dedicated to combating maritime, inland water and industrial pollution.

Spill response solutions presented in operational conditions

The day featured a combination of technical presentations and practical demonstrations, allowing participants to discover various solutions for tackling accidental water pollution.
From oil booms and dispersants to drones, autonomous robots and waste and hydrocarbon collection systems, the equipment presented illustrated the range of tools available to meet pollution control challenges, depending on the pollutants involved, the environments affected and the intervention conditions.
The demonstrations held in CEDRE's test tanks provided a practical overview of the possibilities offered by these technologies and their contribution to pollution response operations.

Promoting exchange between professionals

By bringing together specialists in spill response equipment and technology, INFOPOL 2026 highlighted French expertise and provided a valuable opportunity for discussion between manufacturers, users and stakeholders in the field of accidental pollution response.
