Published on 01.06.2026
In early June, CEDRE ran a new training session on “Incident management in inland waters”, for thirteen participants, on preparedness for and management of spills in surface waters and in water intended for human consumption.
The training programme included: theory lectures on incident management, lessons learnt from past incidents, a demonstration of the equipment belonging to the Gard fire and rescue service’s spill response unit, as well as an immersive exercise in the crisis simulator at IMT Mines Alès.
