MIGR'HYCAR
Development of a decision support system for oil spill response in rivers and estuaries
The MIGR'HYCAR project focuses on the operational risk management of oil spill drifts in continental waters. It aims to achieve three main outcomes:
- development of a web-based database on the physical and chemical behaviour of oil slicks
- development of numerical deterministic oil slick monitoring software
- development of operational decision-making and water resource management aid software for emergency situations.

Former oil waste storage sites in Brittany
This research is being carried out as part of a PhD thesis co-funded and co-supervised by CEDRE and the University of Western Brittany (UBO). It aims to develop a decision-support tool to identify and prioritise the risks associated with former hydrocarbon waste storage sites in Brittany.
