OTSOPA Group Meeting

CEDRE took part, in its capacity as technical adviser to the French delegation led by the SGMer, in the OTSOPA26 meeting of the Bonn Agreement (Bonn Agreement Working Group on Operational, Technical and Scientific Questions Concerning Counter-Pollution Activities), held at the Bundesamt für Seeschifffahrt und Hydrographie in Hamburg from 19 to 21 May. In particular, the latest results of the MANIFESTS Genius project and the objectives of the POLARIS project on Industrial Plastic Pellets (IPP) were presented, both of which are funded by the European Union. The Belgian delegation also gave a presentation on the pollution incident at the port of Antwerp-Bruges, where CEDRE was mobilised.
